Shipping Terms
Non-Palletized Orders
At Efficient Lighting Supply we know your order arriving on time and damage free is a expectation, not just a hope. We proudly ship smaller sized orders using one of the following, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on package size and or requirements. Standard transit time for most shipments is 1-5 days depending on delivering location. Mobile device application for tracking capability on your phone, government facility access without transit delay, various delivery options, and leading the industry with the highest amount of alternative fuel vehicles are only a few of the advantages that are why we choose to utilize this carrier for smaller sized orders. Packages requiring special handling may be shipped using LTL depending on size, contents, or delivery instructions per customer request. Note - Any damage or shortage must be noted at time of delivery with the delivering carrier and documented for record retention. Efficient Lighting Supply must be made aware of any damage or shortage within 3 business days including day of delivery ( day of delivery plus 2 additional business days ). Any damage or shortage not noted at time of delivery will be soley the responsibility of the consignee and Efficient Lighting Supply will not be held liable for. After 3 business days, no replacements will be shipped for damaged products.
LTL Shipments
Less-Than-Truckload services are used for larger quantity orders and require assistance off-loading. Customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available for delivery and unloading shipment. We recommend if you do not have machinery available to assist in unloading, to have multiple people available to assist in unloading as this is not the carrier's responsibility. Additional services such as liftgate , inside delivery, appointment delivery, or dropped trailer agreements are offered for an additional charge. Any additional service performed and not paid for at time of purchase from Efficient Lighting Supply prior to delivery are to be paid for by consignee at time of delivery. Note - Any damage or shortage must be noted at time of delivery with the delivering carrier and documented for record retention.
